Terms of Service

Bayan AI is a product operated by AI Startups ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of Bayan AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

Bayan AI is an AI-powered Arabic writing assistant. Our service provides Arabic text correction, spell-checking, tashkīl (diacritical marks), classical Arabic conversion, rhetorical enhancement, and related language tools.

The service is available as a web application and browser extension. Features and availability may vary depending on your subscription plan.

You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use this service. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Bayan AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected at checkout. One-time word packs are available as supplemental purchases.

Prices are listed in USD and AED. All charges are processed securely through our payment provider. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

Word pack purchases are non-recurring, one-time charges. Unused words from packs never expire.

You agree not to use Bayan AI to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
• Circumvent subscription limits or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Bayan AI platform, including its software, design, AI models, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

You retain full ownership of any text you submit to the service. By submitting text, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your text to train our AI models without explicit consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI corrections are always accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bayan AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your profile. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end at the close of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, without refund obligation except where required by law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
