Text content: We process the Arabic text you submit to provide correction and enhancement. Text is processed in real time and is not stored permanently unless you explicitly save it.

Payment information: Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers — we receive only a payment token and transaction confirmation.

Technical data: We collect browser type, device type, IP address, and access logs for security and performance monitoring.

• Payment providers — to process subscription and pack purchases
• AI model providers — text is transmitted to AI APIs solely to fulfill your correction requests; these providers are contractually bound not to use your data for their own training
• Legal authorities — if required by law or court order

All third-party providers are required to protect your data and may not use it for their own marketing or training purposes.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

Text submitted for correction is not retained after processing unless you explicitly save it to your account history.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain session state. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We may use minimal analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. This data is anonymized and cannot be linked to individual users.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
