Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Bayan AI. If something is not right, we make it easy to get a refund — no hoops, no hassle.

Subscriptions — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every new subscription (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, Power Monthly, Power Yearly) comes with a 14-day full refund window from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Word Packs — No Expiry, 14-Day Refund Window

Word packs are one-time purchases. Unused words never expire and remain on your account indefinitely.

Refunds for word packs are available within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact us with your transaction details and we will issue a full refund.

Free Plan

The free plan has no charge, so no refund applies. You can upgrade, downgrade, or delete your account at any time.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same subscription or pack due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full immediately upon verification. Contact us with your transaction details.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address on your account
  • Your transaction ID or receipt (from your payment confirmation email)
  • The reason for your request (optional — helps us improve)

We process refunds within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks create additional costs for both parties, and we are always willing to resolve issues directly. Accounts with active chargebacks may be temporarily suspended pending resolution.
